The University of Jordan (Arabic: الجامعة الأردنية), often abbreviated UJ or JU, is a public university located in Amman, Jordan. Founded in 1962, [ 10 ] and it is the largest and oldest institution of higher education in Jordan .
From 2013 until 2014, Al Jazi worked as Dean of the School of Law and as assistant to the president of Amman Arab University. Additionally, he held several positions at Jordan University Hospital from 1989 until 2013. From 2010 until 2013, he served as Dean of the Faculty of Medicine. [3] In 2013, Mahafzah was appointed Vice President for Scientific Faculties and in 2016, he became President of the University of Jordan. [3]

In 2008, she was Project Manager at the EU Programme Management Office. From 2017 to 2020, Toukan served as Secretary General of the Ministry of Planning and International Cooperation.
