The Umstead Spa has truly 5 star facilities! The locker room and attention to detail there makes for an incredibly relaxing and luxurious experience. After they made a mistake with booking, Mark, the manager, was so responsive, kind, and helpful, which only enhanced our experience and my high review of this place.
