Christian Camargo (né Minnick; born July 7, 1971 [1]) is an American actor.He is best known for playing army officer John Cambridge in Academy Award-winning film The Hurt Locker, Brian Moser in the Showtime drama Dexter, Michael Corrigan in the Netflix drama House of Cards, and Eleazar in The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn – Parts 1 and 2 and Tamacti Jun in See.
Brian Moser (alias Rudy " The Ice Truck Killer" Cooper), is Dexter's biological older brother and the main antagonist of the first season. As children, both brothers witnessed the chainsaw murder of their mother, Laura, and afterward were left for two days with her body in a shipping container until the police found them.
Dexter is followed by Detective LaGuerta, who is slain by Brian. Debra finds out her brother is a killer and Dexter helps Brian to escape.
