Resolution. Check your email for any communication from your school district, as it may contain your student’s Access ID and password. Log in to your Parent Portal account and see if your student has already been added to your account. In this case, you will not need to add your student again.

Access the Parent or Student Portal. Each district has a unique link for parents and students to access their portals. You can receive this link from your district administrators.
Click Create Account. Enter first name, last name, and email address. Enter the student's name, access ID, and access password, and the parent’s relationship to the student. Click Enter.
