I really do appreciate your time. Thankfully, the Windows app works well enough to allow me to check my email and respond. The only issue I am running into is that my contacts do not automatically pop up when I begin typing in an email address. I can live with that in the short-term. I tried the app on my phone and it will not work.
Open your browser. Open a private browsing session. Go to https://outlook.live.com and login with the other address. The only way to have a shortcut or favorite to the other address is to use a different browser. It is not necessary to log out of the first email account if you use a private browsing session to access the second account.
using outlook for mac 2018 version 16.16.27, unable to log into either of my live.com or hotmail. com accounts! have tried using app passwords and changing passwords but nothing is working.
