Saint-Lazare (French pronunciation: [sɛ̃ lazaʁ də bɛlʃas]) is a small village of 1,200 people founded in 1849 and is the seat of the Bellechasse Regional County Municipality, part of the Chaudière-Appalaches administrative region.
