I think the Leaning Tower of Niles belongs on the list, as it was intentionally constructed to be a replica of the Leaning Tower of Pisa. However, I have removed the Sears Tower from the list, as I don't think that being out of vertical by 4 inches qualifies it to be a leaning tower. Many supertall buildings are slightly out of vertical.
