Peter Criss is the first solo album by Peter Criss, the drummer of American hard rock band Kiss. It was one of four solo albums released by the members of Kiss on September 18, 1978, but yet under the Kiss label, coming out alongside Ace Frehley , Gene Simmons and Paul Stanley . [ 1 ]

Cat #1 is the fourth solo studio album released by former Kiss drummer Peter Criss, and first under the band name Criss. Criss re-recorded the Kiss song " Beth " for the album. Unlike the orchestrated original version, the new recording was an acoustic version.
The album cover features Peter Criss for the first time without his Kiss makeup, as he did not appear on the cover of Out of Control. One year later, Kiss also decided to take off their makeup for their Lick It Up album. Out of Control is the second solo studio album by American musician Peter Criss. Recording for the album began in March 1980, when Criss was still officially a member of Kiss. The album sold poorly, and was not re-released on CD until 1997, as the Kiss reunion tour was underway. The lone single from the album, "By Myself", failed to chart.
To get the proper drum sound, Peter Criss recorded his tracks in a bathroom, communicating via video-link with the rest of the band. [3] This is the first Kiss album to not feature a writing credit from Ace Frehley. Many of the songs that appear on the album were developed before or during Destroyer.
Dubbed “the Melvan,” it hauled the band to gigs around central Washington, sometimes with a friend named Kurt Cobain at the wheel, and on the Melvins’ first nationwide tour in 1986.
One for All is the fifth and final solo studio album by former Kiss drummer and vocalist Peter Criss, released through Megaforce Records on July 23, 2007. It reached #36 on the Billboard Top Independent Album list. [1]
