Webster Groves is an inner-ring suburb of St. Louis in St. Louis County, Missouri, United States. The population was 24,010 at the 2020 census . The city is home to the main campus of Webster University .
Built in 1904 by St. Louis architects Weber and Groves (Albert B. Groves), the Brown Shoe Company owned and operated the facility until the 1930s. The International Hat Company converted the building into a warehouse in 1954, until selling the property in 1976. In 1980, the building was converted into 100 apartments for assisted senior living.
