Deerfield Township is one of the eleven townships of Warren County, Ohio, United States. The township is located in the southwest corner of the county and is part of the Cincinnati metropolitan area. The population was 40,525 as of the 2020 census.
The township is governed by a three-member board of trustees, who are elected in November of odd-numbered years to a four-year term beginning on the following January 1. Two are elected in the year after the presidential election and one is elected in the year before it.

The first settlement at South Lebanon was made in the 1790s. [4] The village was originally called "Deerfield" [5] because it was the chief settlement of Deerfield Township, Warren County, Ohio, but renamed because of its proximity to the county seat of Lebanon.
