Sparhawk Mill is a former cotton mill on Bridge Street in Yarmouth, Maine, United States.Built in 1840 and made of brick, it is home today to several businesses. The mill stands, just east of the town's Second Falls, [2] on the site of several previous mill buildings, the earliest of which was a wooden mill dating to 1817.

In 1643, Englishman George Felt, who had emigrated to Charlestown, Massachusetts Bay Colony, eighteen years earlier, purchased 300 acres of land at Broad Cove from John Phillips (1607–c. 1667), a Welshman, and thus became one of the first European settlers in Yarmouth. (His family in Bedfordshire, England, went by the family name Felce.
