  5. Bostitch vs. Paslode cordless framing nailers.. - Contractor Talk

    www.contractortalk.com/threads/bostitch-vs-paslode-cordless-framing-nailers.82803

I really think it comes down to what kind of pnumatic framer you use. If you use a bostitch stick nailer, then it would make sense to use the bostitch cordless so you can use the same wire weld nails. Same with Paslode. I run a pneumatic Paslode as well as a cordless, just so I can use the same paper tape nails. I really enjoy using the Paslodes.

  7. Paslode Impulse vs Hitachi NR90GR - Contractor Talk

The new reviews are very persuasive. The downsides by comparison to the Hitachi are: 1) Still limited to 3-1/4" nails rather than 3-1/2" 2) battery charge takes two hours rather than one 3) no warning that your battery is running low 4) gas packs are only sold with nails.

It's based off the older version that's been a mainstay in the framing industry for years. The 90 is a newer head design, but not necessarily more durable. Sent from my SM-N950U using Tapatalk.

  10. Wanting to go cordless on nailers. - Contractor Talk

    www.contractortalk.com/threads/wanting-to-go-cordless-on-nailers.435120

I have been rockin' the Ryobi (yes, that's right) Crown staple nailer, 18 ga. brad nailer, 16 ga. finish nailer and the 15 ga. angled finish nailer for about a year now and they work wonderfully well. I also use the DeWalt 21 deg. framing nailer and have used the DeWalt 16 ga. finish nailer. I really like all of them.

Have been balancing 2 to 3 standalone Ryobi finish nailers vs a Dewalt framing nailer and 2 to 3 finish nailers. Bosch is out (offers only a single nailer) though I have a 2 battery pack with drill. So much for my faith in Bosch. I don't know if I would go the Senco route, probably negatory.
