Problem is, I have a third party app that I'd rather use for snipping, and Windows' default is overriding my commands, outputs, and settings. I've tried uninstalling "Snipping tool" from apps but the default UI continues to override my preferred tool. Ironically, the default snipping tool won't allow me to capture it to illustrate the problem.
