Freddie Ray Jones Jr. (born September 16, 1974) is an American former professional football player who was a tight end in the National Football League (NFL). He played college football for the North Carolina Tar Heels and was selected by the San Diego Chargers with their second round pick (45th overall) in the 1997 NFL draft. [2]
