The Saint Louis Billikens are the collegiate athletic teams that represent Saint Louis University, located in St. Louis, Missouri.The Billikens compete in Division I of the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) as a member of the Atlantic 10 Conference (where they are the westernmost member, and both the first member located west of the Mississippi and in the Central Time Zone).
The Falcons compete as members of the Central Intercollegiate Athletic Association for all 13 varsity sports. The Falcons have been members of the CIAA since 1933. Saint Augustine's holds the distinction as the most decorated Division II athletics program, with a record 37 NCAA team titles and 265 individual titles.
Villa Duchesne is also well known for its field hockey program, and the St. Joseph's vs. Villa Duchesne field hockey game is a popular rivalry game. In 2011, Villa Duchesne captured the Missouri Class 3A Volleyball Championship led by a core group of seniors who helped the team to a 2nd-place finish in 2009.
