Restaurant Spectrum (formerly Librije's Zusje) is a restaurant located in the Waldorf Astoria hotel in Amsterdam, Netherlands. It is a fine dining restaurant that is awarded two Michelin star since 2015. [1] Head chef of Spectrum is Sidney Schutte.
The setting of the restaurant is fast-casual dining in the late 1940s and early 1950s and evokes "a post-war era of optimism, pride, and values focusing on unity and quality family time".
