The 2005 Living Church of God shooting was a mass shooting at the Living Church of God (LCG) church congregation at a Sheraton Hotel in 2005 in Brookfield, Wisconsin, before committing suicide. Prior to the shooting, the perpetrator, Terry Ratzmann, had been a member of the church. It was a religious hate crime. [1]
Teri L. Snyder. Teri Lea Snyder, 64, of Connell, died Nov. 12 at home. She was born in Walla Walla and lived in Connell most of her life. She was a medical assistant for InterPath Laboratory.
On September 29, 2006, Homan disappeared from downtown La Crosse after celebrating Oktoberfest with a group of friends. [3] He was found dead on October 2 in the Mississippi River, in La Crosse, Wisconsin, aged 21. [4] The autopsy revealed acute alcohol intoxication as a major contributing factor to his death [5] as well as cold water drowning. [6]
Shortly after the shooting, the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel and local television stations reported that shootings had taken place near the Brookfield Square mall, in Brookfield, Wisconsin. [6] Shortly after the incident was reported, it became known that four people had been transported to Froedtert Memorial Hospital with non-critical wounds. [6]
