Stepper Motor Needle adjustment: Steps 1 & 2. Step 1: Adjust the stepper motor needles in the carb so that the shoulder sticks 1/8" into the carb. Stock stepper pins run in the middle of their travel which is when their shoulder is 1/8" to 1/4" away from the carb wall (closer to 1/8" is preferable).
There are three sensors: Gauge - Located on drivers side, rear of head. (one wire) Elec. Fan - Located on drivers side, radiator, near lower hose (2 wires) PCM - Located on drivers side, on the block underneath the manifold. Flush the brake system and start with all new ( brake 3 fluid ) . This will let you start with new fluid and no air in system to see if your clutch works. If pressure will not come back then it will be time to replace some parts and the next easiest part is the clutch master cyl. and if that does not work it is time for a new internal.
