Rush Copley Medical Center in Aurora, Illinois, is a 210-bed hospital in the greater Fox Valley area. It is named after Ira Clifton Copley , who donated over $2 million for the original hospital. It is part of the Rush University System for Health, which includes Rush University Medical Center in Chicago and Rush Oak Park Hospital.

The building is also known as Pythagoras Masonic Temple and occasionally known as Decatur Masonic Temple. Built in 1924, the building is a work of William J. Sayward (1875-1945), an architect who was a member of the Masonic lodge, and who partnered with William A. Edwards in the firm Edwards and Sayward.
The building and property were abandoned. The Community Center of South Decatur was incorporated in 1979 to facilitate the redevelopment of the old Scottish Rite Children's Hospital. The size of the facility, and the cost of its maintenance, led to a decline in the condition of the property owing to a lack of financial resources.
Two more additions were placed on the building in 1970 and 1980, and the hospital was closed and replaced by the new Rush–Copley Medical Center in 1995. when the building was vacant it became popular with urban exploring and paranormal investigators as it is supposed to be haunted despite the building being unsafe.
