Created on September 20, 2020. Blue screen appears approx. 20 - 30 minutes into downloading Microsoft Flight Simulator. Greetings! Here is the problem I'm having installing the new Flight Simulator: After 20-30 minutes, while downloading, the blue screen appears and I get one of two messages: NO_MORE_IRP_STACK_LOCATIONS.

a second later received the blue screen again. i logged back into windows and uninstalled the ati drivers restared my computer. when i ran flight simulator x again i received the same message about the pixel shader and fsx was forced to shut down fsx. from this point on i was unable to open fsx and my computer was getting the blue screen ...
Once I am in the menu everything is fine, and I set up where I want to depart and arrive at. Please run verifier first. You do not need to run memtest yet unless verifier does not find the cause, or you want to.

If everything works OK now, I would suggest to wait and see if a Blue Screen occurs again and then go from there. The display adapter drivers are the video card drivers, you could consider, for improved performance, using the drivers available directly from NVIDIA (uninstall the older drivers first):
