Avery Template 5160 Labels Not Printing Correctly From Word. Hello! I'm trying to print some labels from a Mail Merge list in Word 2016. Whenever I go to print the first row of labels is fine but the rest progressively start getting worse and worse down the page until the final row is totally above the label.
Report abuse. Word 2013 in Office 365 does have the Avery 5160 template: What may be confusing is that the list is not in numeric order, but in an "alphanumeric" order. In Word 2013, click the Mailings tab on the ribbon, and click the Labels button near the left end. In the Labels dialog, click the Options button. In the Label Options dialog, set the Label Vendors dropdown to Avery US Letter. Then scroll the Product Number list. Note: this list is in "alpha" order even though the entries are numbers.

Go to the Avery website (avery.ca in Canada, avery.com in US). Note the list in blue type the across the top of the page. (The second list (route to the file) may not appear.) Hover the pointer on Templates, then click Find Templates in the menu that opens. Enter 5160 in the search box ; Choose 5160 in the new page
In reply to Unavailable Username 621's post on November 2, 2013. In the Labels dialog, click the New Document button. This will create a sheet of labels that you can fill in as desired. They are formatted as a table, so make sure you have table gridlines displayed so that you can see the label boundaries.
