Robert Joshua Dobbs (born January 26, 1995) is an American professional football quarterback for the San Francisco 49ers of the National Football League (NFL). He played college football for the Tennessee Volunteers , and was selected by the Pittsburgh Steelers in the fourth round of the 2017 NFL draft .
