New York State Route 110 (NY 110) is a major north–south state highway along the western border of Suffolk County, New York.It runs between the village of Amityville in the town of Babylon and Halesite in the town of Huntington.
County Route 1 is known as County Line Road and extends for 1.52 miles (2.45 km) through the town of Babylon.It begins at NY 27A (Montauk Highway) in Amityville and heads north to the intersection of Joyce Avenue in East Farmingdale.

Amityville (/ ˈ æ m ɪ t i v ɪ l /) is a village in the Town of Babylon in Suffolk County, on the South Shore of Long Island, in New York, United States. The population was 9,500 at the 2020 census. The village maintains its own accredited law enforcement agency the Amityville Police Department.
