Crest of Bangladesh Armed Forces. Forces Goal 2030 is a military modernisation programme in Bangladesh that began in 2009 and was revised in 2017. It was designed to enhance the capabilities of three service branches of the Armed Forces: the Army, the Navy and the Air Force.
