TLC is a Southeast Asian pay television channel that was launched in June 2001 as Discovery Travel & Adventure. It was the third channel launched by Warner Bros. Discovery in the region. It was initially focused on providing travel-related entertainment.
Between December 28, 1992, and September 26, 2008, TLC ran a children's programming block, Ready Set Learn!. Between February 24, 2003, and October 8, 2010, Ready Set Learn received a major rebrand hosted by Paz the penguin. The Ready Set Learn branding was also used for Discovery Kids' preschool programming.
On June 30, 2018, Discovery Channel, Animal Planet, TLC, Discovery Asia, Discovery Science, Eurosport and Setanta Sports were let go of the channel line-up and were replaced by Gusto TV, CuriosityStream, Travelxp, Makeful, Fight Sports, GEM TV, and Colors Tamil.
