Frank R. Seddio (born October 14, 1946) is an American politician and lawyer who served as a member of the New York State Assembly representing southeastern Brooklyn from 1999 to 2005 before serving as a Kings County Surrogate Court Judge from 2006 to 2007.
His father was appraiser of the Surrogates' Court of Kings County and the son of a Russian immigrant. [1] Rubenstein graduated from the grammar department of Public School No. 147 in 1910. He then went to the Boys High School of Brooklyn, where he served as captain of the football team in 1913, and graduated from there in 1914.
