Noble, Dylan (19) California (Fresno) Fresno Police shot and killed Dylan Noble. Police had been responding to reports of a man with a rifle when they pulled over Noble as he drove his pickup truck. After Noble stepped out of his truck, police say, he had one arm behind his back. Police shot him four times. He was later found to be unarmed.
