How to use Excel to do likelihood ratio chi-squared test? I know I can use the "Chitest" function to do chi-squared test, but I have no idea how to do likelihood ratio test using Exel functions.
I have two functions I've written to calculate adjusted r-squared. The notes in the function headers tell the limitations of each. An ideal solution would be one ADJRSQ function that works with non-contiguous X variables AND can handle multiple regressions. Any help is greatly appreciated...

An excellent reply indeed. I had planned on having students calculate th R-squared the proper way (after obtaining the parameters as Excel does, but then plugging them back into the exponential equation and calculating r-squared as 1-SSR/SSY (where SSR is the sum of the square of the residuals from regressin and SSY is the sum of the squares of the deviation from the mean).
I am using an exponential trendline in an Excel Chart and want to replicate the R-Squared value the chart wizard gives. I know that RSQ would give me this were I dealing with a linear trend. However, with exponential Microsoft Help just says a "transformed regression model". I was hoping...
