    Ignoring trademark, is this image free or non-free copyright-wise? The person who added it to Wikipedia included a fair use reason, so they thought it was non-free. The person who added to to Commons thought it was free. It wouldn't be a good idea to delete it here if it gets deleted on Commons in a few weeks.
