Try calling AFPC: 210-565-0102. The person I talked to was pretty helpful. She stated she had found my paperwork, had it moved to retirements and said call back in 10 duty days. When I called, I told them my records were being changed from med separated to retired and that I had sent back DD-2656/SBP election over 30 days ago.
UPDATE: Today I received my Retirement Orders from Dept of the ARmy Physical Disability Agency.Your orginial separation order have been revoked and an order permanently retiring you at 60 percent has been published and made retroactice back to the day you separated with disability severance (which was MAY 2000).
