The source in question is at this link; the article is on page 456 of volume 14, but presumably the article's page number when issue 28 was distributed on its own was different. There doesn't seem to be any obvious way to distinguish whether the reference is citing the article within the volume as a whole or an individual issue of the volume.
Work through the pages in the Latest Database Dump List, fixing any errors you find. Edit the list and remove any articles you have fixed. Update the date you checked in the other columns as (MM), (DD), (YYYY). If you finished the whole list, mark it Done (Optional) - Return to step 1 and try another list!

To update an offline Wiki for WikiTaxi, download and import a more recent database dump. For WikiTaxi reading, only two files are required: WikiTaxi.exe and the .taxi database. Copy them to any storage device (memory stick or memory card) or burn them to a CD or DVD and take your Wikipedia with you wherever you go!
