"Little Sister" is a rock and roll song written by Doc Pomus and Mort Shuman. [1] It was originally released as a single in 1961 by American singer Elvis Presley, who enjoyed a No. 5 hit with it on the Billboard Hot 100. The single (as a double A-side with "(Marie's the Name) His Latest Flame") also reached No. 1 in the UK Singles Chart. [6]
"Little Sister" is the first single released by the rock group Queens of the Stone Age from their fourth album Lullabies to Paralyze. It was first issued as a promotional single in December 2004, but was later released as a commercial single on March 7, 2005. The song was recorded live in the studio in one take.

"Bonnie Jean (Little Sister)" is the debut single written and recorded by American country music artist David Lynn Jones. It was released in August 1987 as the first single from the album Hard Times on Easy Street. The song reached number 10 on the Billboard Hot Country Singles & Tracks chart. [1]
The recording by Little Sister was reviewed in the November 7, 1970 issue of Record World where it was a four star pick with the reviewer calling it "perfect". [4] It was also at no. 26 in the magazine's Singles Coming Up chart that week. [5] The song made number 16 on the Cash Box Top Hits of the Year list. [6]
"Dance Little Sister" is driven by the guitars, and according to author Steve Appleford, Richards' "savage" rhythm guitar in particular. [ 1 ] [ 2 ] Appleford also credits some "excitable" lead guitar passages from Mick Taylor , "fierce" drumming from Charlie Watts and a "rolling bar room piano" part by Ian Stewart . [ 2 ]
