The Western Australian Academy of Performing Arts (WAAPA) at Edith Cowan University (ECU) is a performing arts school in Perth, Western Australia.Established in 1980, [3] it is notable for being the most comprehensive performing arts school in Australia by disciplines of study and has produced some of Australia's most prominent graduates in the field.
After its founding, the college proceeded to offer live, online programs presented by industry-based lecturers who are sourced globally. The online EIT campus is accessed by students worldwide. In 2018 EIT opened two campuses in Australia, one in Western Australia, Perth and one in Victoria, Melbourne. The degree programs are offered on campus. [5]
Johnston works in music and entertainment and is in demand as a master of ceremonies throughout Australia.
