Electronic databases Medline (PubMed) and the Cumulative Index to Nursing and Allied Health Literature (CINAHL) were searched for articles published between January 1st, 2006 and December 31 st, 2016. Only papers in English were reviewed, and references of eligible articles were also reviewed. The search was conducted on January 24 th, 2017.
