Innisfail (/ ˈ ɪ n ɪ s f eɪ l / IN-is-fayl) is a town in central Alberta, Canada. It is located in the Calgary-Edmonton Corridor , south of Red Deer at the junction of Highway 2 and Highway 54 .
The Tchupala Falls are situated in the Palmerston section of Wooroonooran National Park, descending from the Atherton Tableland, approximately 20 kilometres (12 mi) west of Innisfail. A walking track is accessible via the Palmerston Highway and leads approximately 600 metres (2,000 ft) from the trackhead to the Tchupala Falls. [ 3 ]

Alberta Provincial Highway No. 54, [2] commonly referred to as Highway 54, is an east–west highway located in central Alberta.It is 70 kilometres (43 mi) in length, starting at Highway 22 (Cowboy Trail), 8 kilometres (5.0 mi) west of the Village of Caroline, and ending at exit 365 of Highway 2 (Queen Elizabeth II Highway) at the south end of the Town of Innisfail.

Gleniffer Lake also known as Gleniffer Reservoir or originally Lake Gleniffer [2] is an artificial lake in central Alberta, Canada created in 1983 [1] by the construction of the Dickson Dam which impounded the Red Deer River, a major tributary of the South Saskatchewan River which flows into the Saskatchewan River Basin.
