Pennsylvania Route 68 (PA 68) is a 90.036-mile-long (144.899 km) east–west state highway located in western Pennsylvania in the United States.The western terminus of the route is at the Ohio state line west of Glasgow, where PA 68 continues into Ohio as State Route 39 (SR 39).
Ohio State Route 39 has an eastern terminus at the Pennsylvania state line near East Liverpool, Ohio. It then continues as a two-laned road through residential areas of East Liverpool. It widens into a four lane road just east of the interchange with US 30, and proceeds northwest as a freeway around downtown East Liverpool. [2]
