The Nittany Lions are a member of the Pennsylvania State University Athletic Conference (PSUAC). Men's sports include basketball, cross country, golf, and soccer. The GVHS Environmental Club is one of the school's many non-athletic student clubs. It has the stated goal of "provid[ing] students with opportunities to spend time outdoors while helping better the Garnet Valley community."
