The event took place on February 4, 2024, in Osaka, at the Osaka Prefectural Gymnasium. It was the second event in the Supreme Fight chronology.
"New Blood" is a series of events that mainly focus on matches where rookie wrestlers, usually with three or fewer years of in-ring experience, evolve. Besides wrestlers from Stardom, various superstars from multiple promotions of the Japanese independent scene are invited to compete in bouts that are usually going under the stipulation of singles or tag team matches.

Stardom was founded in September 2010 by former All Japan Women's Pro-Wrestling (AJW) co-producer Rossy Ogawa, retired professional wrestler and mixed martial artist Fuka Kakimoto, and former AJW veteran professional wrestler Nanae Takahashi. Since June 2024, Stardom is a subsidiary of New Japan Pro-Wrestling (NJPW).
