I recently installed Office 365 on my new Laptop and having issues when opening and saving documents in most apps particularly Word and PowerPoint. Report abuse. In reply to Dean Pivkering's post on August 1, 2017. Immediately. Windows 10 comes with a Word Processor "out of the box". Click on Start and type wordpad to open it. Wordpad is a basic but reasonably serviceable word processor.
