Property records and interactive maps are available on the County Website. The GIS Maps offer several options to view property lines, aerial photos, parcel and lot dimensions and much more. Users can then link to property record cards maintained by the Assessor's office.
Minutes of the Board meetings are available for public viewing in the County Auditor's office in the Courthouse, available on the website, and are published weekly in the official county newspapers. Items to be placed on the Board agenda should be submitted to the Auditor's office by 12:00 P.M. on Thursday.

Auditor’s fee shall not exceed $50 for one instrument. Certification Fee (any document): $5 plus copy cost (per recorders’ association agreement) Copy fees are the discretion of the Recorder. Survey Cornerstone Certificates: $5 per page + $1 e-commerce fee + $1 record management fee.
