Open the PDF in Adobe Illustrator. Select the page of the PDF you are interested in if the PDF is a multi-page document (Illustrator will only open one page at a time). Go to File > Save As (Shift + Ctrl + S). From the Format drop-down menu, select SVG (*.SVG). Save As. In the resulting dialog box:
