Pain was bearable. However on Friday evening I went to do a workout at the gym and after 20 minutes had to run to the car to get pain relief and was struggling to cope with the extreme pain. Eventually it subsided and last night I had an interrupted night of slep. Bliss! This morning I decided to go to the gym for a gentle workout after breakfast.
