The Northern line is a London Underground line that runs between North London and South London.It is printed in black on the Tube map.It carries more passengers per year than any other Underground line – around 340 million in 2019 – making it the busiest tube line in London.
The Northern line extension to Battersea is an extension of the London Underground from Kennington to Battersea in South West London, terminating at the redeveloped Battersea Power Station. Morden Depot is a British rolling stock depot on the London Underground Northern line, and is located to the south of Morden Underground station. It was opened in 1926, when the City and South London Railway (C&SLR) was extended from Clapham Common to Morden.
