The HMRC agent advised me to contact ACAS at 0300 123 1100. However, when I called ACAS, an automated response indicated that they could not assist with issues related to P45 or P60 documents. I spoke to a human at the company that details with the ISA, and they gave me my new ISA details, and said to contact HMRC. I looked up the HMRC number for ISAs, and I have tried to contact them twice, but the auto attendant doesn't recognise the term "ISA" when it asks, and later it dropped my call as the queue was too long.
The contact number for HMRC is 0300 2003500, lines are open between 8am and 6pm. You can write to us, and include a cheque for the amount DWP have advised you can be paid. You should include your National Insurance number and the years you would like to pay on the reverse of the cheque and include a covering letter.

If your name is incorrectly held on the HMRC systems at the Tax Office etc then I suggest you look at your personal details held within your Personal Tax Account. If you can’t make the correction then you can contact the Tax Office & ask them to make the correction on 0300 200 3300. Thankyou.
