Best bet is to see if anyone has a free HOI IV steam code. The game is free with the game pass. Definitely a rule break post tbh. You're basically asking for a way to pirate it. It goes on sale pretty frequently and its compatible with mac, if I'm not mistaken. I got it for a friend around Christmas for like ~$10USD.

CK2 is now F2P - and HoI4 and EU4 are surprisingly affordable if you get them on sale and lag by an expansion or two. Piracy, if you have a VPN you can torrent it fairly easily, if not there are ways to find a zip file version of them.

As a comment from us, this will help hoi4 modding in a few ways from streamlining of features, not having to worry about certain content requiring DLC, and even just making file organisation easier.
