Deerfield Beach is a city in Broward County, Florida, United States, just south of the Palm Beach County line. As of the 2020 census , the population was 86,859, [ 3 ] making it the tenth-largest city in Broward County.

The building is constructed of hollow tile, the interior walls are plaster on lath and the roof is made from Spanish terracotta tiles. In 1974 the home was designated a Florida Historic Site. [5] In 1977 the Butler family deeded the home and grounds to the Deerfield Beach Historical Society which operates it as a historic house museum. [6]
Century Village is sometimes jokingly referred to as "Cemetery Village" due to the high proportion of elderly residents. [7] Century Village provided subject matter for a comedy skit on the Phil Hendrie Show on the radio station 610 WIOD. [8] The 1996 children's novel The View from Saturday by E. L. Konigsburg is partly set in Century Village.
State Road 810 (SR 810), locally known as Hillsboro Boulevard, is an east–west street serving northern Broward County, Florida.The western terminus of SR 810 is an intersection with U.S. Route 441 (US 441) and SR 7 on the city line between Coconut Creek and Parkland, and the eastern terminus is at an intersection with Ocean Drive in Deerfield Beach.
In the 2020 redistricting cycle, it was drawn as a successor to the previous 22nd district and includes Boca Raton, Coral Springs, most of Deerfield Beach and Fort Lauderdale, and parts of Pompano Beach. The previous iteration of the 23rd district, which included Davie and Pembroke Pines, was instead renamed the 25th district.
