Mangifera zeylanica or "Sri Lanka wild mango" is a wild species of mango tree endemic to Sri Lanka. This stately tree is the tallest member of the mango genus, Mangifera, and one of the two tallest trees in the family Anacardiaceae. The mango fruits are edible and have an excellent taste.
After filing the application in 2020, the fruit was granted the GI tag in 2023 by the Geographical Indication Registry in Chennai, making the name "Rewa Sunderja Mango" exclusive to the mangoes grown in the region.
