Rough and Rowdy Ways World Wide Tour (referred to by some journalists as part of the ongoing Never Ending Tour) [1] is a concert tour by American singer-songwriter Bob Dylan in support of his 39th studio album Rough and Rowdy Ways (2020). The tour began in Milwaukee, Wisconsin on November 2, 2021.
The Never Ending Tour 1995 started in early March in the Czech Republic. The tour moved on to Germany, the Netherlands, France and Belgium. Dylan performed a large number of concerts in the United Kingdom performing three concerts in London, three in Manchester, two in Edinburgh, one in Glasgow, one in Birmingham, one in Cardiff, one in Brighton as well as one concert in Belfast.
The first leg of the tour, taking place solely in North America, was announced on February 12, 2015, with several dates in Memphis, Tulsa, Kansas City and St. Louis being announced in the following days and weeks. [4] [5] [6] Dylan planned an extensive tour of Europe split between the summer and fall.
The tour started off in Europe in a small venue called Debaser Medis in Stockholm, Sweden [3] [4] [5] and continued on to the Globe Arena [6] and the rest of Europe. Dylan performed six shows in the United Kingdom, [7] one in Scotland [8] and five in England, performing two nights at London's Wembley Arena.

The European leg of the tour started June 24 in Kilkenny, Ireland [5] [6] and came to an end on July 20 in Cosenza, Italy. [7] Dylan and his band performed at several festivals during the tour including Live At The Marquee in Cork, Ireland [8] and Roskilde Festival in Roskilde, Denmark.
