Well it looks like the oldest is 21. Still a kid in my book. The average male brain doesn't seem to mature until about 30.

It looked like the two 8 year old rams would score in the mid 160's and there was a 9 year old ram that wouldn't score great but was heavy and chipped up. He just looked cool.

The "Sheepeaters", related to the Shoshoni tribe, lived year-round in Yellowstone until 1880. Their principal food was bighorn sheep and they made their bows from sheep horns. By 1900, during an "epoch of relentless destruction by the skin hunters" (Seton 1913), bighorn numbers were reduced to a few hundred in the United States.

  7. So, what's the best coating for a drift boat bottom these days?

    www.ifish.net/threads/so-whats-the-best-coating-for-a...

My suggestion: Buy a quart can at NAPA and try a patch on the bottom of your boat after getting rid of your paint on polymer material and try the Slip Plate. It's about $30 a quart and about $70 a gallon. One quart did two coats and the touch up with a third left over.

PFD's are mostly inobtrusive and should be worn every time you are in a boat. "Stuff" happens quickly, you most likely won't/don't have time to don a PFD. I applaud having a safety speech before leaving the dock. Showing and telling riders on the boat is being responsible and caring.

GR near LaGrande (Hilgard is 8 miles upstream) you'd be hard pressed to get a hatchery fish unless it's a stray. The last "hatchery" steelhead run that returned to the upper GR (above the Wallowa confluence) was in the late 80's. Since then the fish caught in the lower GR are from the Wallowa facilites.
