One Loudoun is a census-designated place (CDP) in Loudoun County, Virginia, United States. It is a mixed-use development just south of Virginia State Route 7 , 29 miles (47 km) northwest of Washington, D.C. , and 7 miles (11 km) southeast of Leesburg .
In April 2013, Loudoun County's Board of Supervisors cast a unanimous vote in favor of a rezoning application filed by One Loudoun, allowing the special events venue to be constructed at the site. [8] The facility would have been immediately visible from the southwestern corner of the interchange of Virginia Route 7 and the Loudoun County Parkway.

Dulles (/ ˈ d ʌ l ɪ s / DUL-iss) is an unincorporated area in Loudoun County, Virginia, United States, and is part of the Washington metropolitan area.The headquarters of Northrop Grumman Innovation Systems and ODIN Technologies, as well as the former headquarters of MCI Inc. and AOL are located in Dulles.
Ashburn Village has four recreation centers and five swimming pools, four outdoor and one indoor. Its largest recreation center is the Ashburn Village Sports Pavilion, located in the center of the community. The Pavilion contains a full size gymnasium, weight rooms, and enclosed tennis courts. There are also fitness classes and events held there.

[3] In October 2014, the Leesburg Town Council unanimously approved a Village at Leesburg's rezoning application, removing the 28,000-square-foot limitation on restaurant uses in the developments Land Bay A.
